The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late is the

What a load of bollocks! Please consult a good medical textbook (heck, I'll even recommend two - Kumar and Clark, and Davidson's) and you'll find that waking up late is definitely NOT a cause! The bit about drugs and chemicals makes a bit more sense, however. Still, note the immense regenerative power of the liver and hence its high level of resistance to damage.
